Communication
Team Website and Swimtopia app: At least one person in each family is required to create a login (email & password) to the team website. The login is required in order to complete registration, RSVP to swim meets, and sign up for work shifts. For all general questions about the season, the website should be your first stop (ie. meet schedule, practice times, team records, coaches' bios, etc.). The Swimtopia application will have much of the same information at your fingertips. It's highly recommended you download it.
Email: Email will be used as the primary source for distributing information throughout the season. The email addresses provided by parents during registration will be the email address that receives these regular emails throughout the season. It is strongly requested emails are read and responded to timely.
Facebook: We also have a closed Facebook group where announcements, pictures, and team updates are posted. Contact a parent rep or a team member who is is already a member in the group to join.
