This registration form is for divers only.
Please note that we do NOT provide diving practice for divers. While your diver is considered part of our team and competes as part of our team, your diver will practice with their diving program (typically TNAQ).
Fees for this season are $100 and can be paid via check. Please remit payment to FMS Swim & Dive Team.
