If your swimmer is not currently affiliated with a USA Swimming club team such as TNAQ, ACAC, or Prime, please continue. If your swimmer a current USA Swimming member, please exit this registration and choose the Club Registration form.
Fees for this season are $350 and can be paid via check. Please remit payment to FMS Swim and Dive Team.
